|Recommended: YesIt's Quite Nice — Perfect for a first apartment home. Walls are a bit thin in that you can hear your neighbors footsteps but overall no noise complaint.
|Recommended: YesThe Neighbors Make It. — If someone were to ask me what I think of Evergreen Terrace, I would say that the community makes it home. I've never had such amazing neighbors. I've made many great acquaintances living here. The apartment itself is very nice, large enough to host three full grown adults and two dogs. We've had maybe two issues here but management has always dealt with it in a timely fashion. I can see myself living here happily for a long time.

|Recommended: YesGreat Community — I've lived in Evergreen Terrace for a little over 3 months now and I could not be any more happier with my home. Customer service at the leasing office is always friendly. Maintenance orders request are completed within a timely manner and if I ever have any questions or concerns about anything they are always willing to assist. My only suggestion or comment for this company is to keep up the great work
