|Recommended: YesVery afforadable. Townhouses need to be upgraded such as kitchens and bathrooms. Parking sucks sometimes you will not have a parking spot and their towing company rarely comes out. Also the parking spaces are uneven. Kids run around with no adult supervision. Maintenance guy is nice and gets the job done. Barely have any communities issues with other residents, everyone stays to themselves. They are pet friendly even though some residents do not know how to clean up after their pets. Grounds usually stay clean thanks to the maintenance technicians. It’s a good starter place if you are new to the area.
|Recommended: NoMy review was originally too long so I’ll highlight the biggest issues
-My unit had crickets REALLY bad that maintenance knew about but claimed he had no control over. I spent many nights away from home just to be able to sleep.
-My AC broke mid-summer and the property manager all but called me a liar for WEEKS before deciding to see for herself.
-My bathroom ceiling collapsed TWICE but when I warned that it was an impending issue, the property manager and maintenance acted like I was crazy and I, in fact, have them on camera CALLING me crazy inside my apartment. The ceiling collapsed ON my boyfriend two days later.
-My tub faucet ran CONSTANTLY and maintenance refused to fix the actual issue. Instead, multiple times, he just tightened the knobs so much that I couldn’t get them undone to shower.
-Maintenance would frequently enter my unit without notice, no work order, no note to say he was there, and he’d spend a lot of time in places where there was no issue. All on cam
|Recommended: YesI'm The Co-Signer. Why Am I Being Asked This — Why am I even being asked about this nonsense I have zero clue about how thin your walls are, or what parking is like. There could be mountains of garbage everywhere, and unless the ACTUAL renter complained to me about it, I'd never know.
I'm a co-signer. I live in another state. There's a pandemic, and we're not supposed to travel, so how would I have ANY of the answers I'm being asked.

|Recommended: NoI’d Rather Not Say — The one positive was meeting the maintenance guy. He was incredibly helpful and kind.
Moving in, things were not move in ready, broken fixtures, closets, etc etc.
Dog poop everywhere, even on the sidewalk in front of our building, weed smoke from neighbors every minute of the day and bad smells in general inside the building.
I don’t care what anyone’s smokes or what people do or how loud they fight and play music, but make them pick up the freaking dog poop.

|Recommended: NoI’m Disappointed — My car was broken into before Christmas along with three other vehicles and a fourth one not even a week later, shingles fall off my townhome often, window leaks when it rains snows and my car was involved in a hit and run in the parking lot along with three others. We asked for cameras and were told it had to go through corporate but that the internet wouldn’t reach. Paying 25 to park each car where the lines are crooked and spots are hard to come by. Just to have your vehicle damaged. I’ve been here for three years almost and this years been the worst. Not to mention trash is constantly overflowing and there’s never any salt put down when it’s supposed to snow. I’m pregnant and fell on Saturday on ice before the snow storm even started. I will be looking to move when I can get the funds.

|Recommended: YesIt’s Ok , Definitely Can Be Better And Upgraded — It’s nice to live here for a couple years. The landlord is extremely nice, maintenance is nice as well. Just sad I had multiple issues when I first moved in. But they are being fixed so I’m grateful. Overall it’s a decent place to live.

|Recommended: YesIt’s Ok For The Price — We lived in the townhouse one bedroom. Nice place for a couple. But we had a son and we need an extra space so we rented a two bedroom apartment here. Its not in the best of shape but it’s good for an apt And the maintenance man is dose everything he can to keep this old love running in top shape. Not a bad place to live at all. Evergreen Elkton apartment is a great play I would recommend it
